Video - Yogalates Workout - Segment 2

Here is Segment 2 of the Yogalates workout we started a couple of weeks ago. Incorporating interesting new forms of exercise such as Yogalates is a great way to stay motivated in your exercise program. This portion would follow the warmup segment. This 20-minute segment demonstrates some excellent and unique exercises for strengthening all the muscles in your core and back, using Pilates breathing and core focus, and incorporating the stretching and lengthening benefits of yoga.
