Video - Relaxing Yogalates Workout - Segment 1

This relaxing workout combines the core-focused principles of Pilates with the toning and stretching benefits of Yoga. This is the first segment in a 7-part series, so the first 5 minutes or so provide an introduction to the method and the contents of the series, and then she will segue into the warmup. This segment will teach you the proper breathing methods integrating both Yoga and Pilates techniques, and stretch and warm up the muscles you will be using during the workout.
