Here is a 10-minute segment of a great yoga workout. This type of yoga is called Vinyasa - or "Flow" yoga. Shiva Rea is one of the leading teachers of this style of yoga. It focuses on continuous flowing movements, and of course breathing. This is just a sample of Vinyasa yoga so you can get a feel for what it is like, and it is at an easy beginner level.
