This short video gives you a quick overview of how to use interval sequences in your workouts to avoid (or break through) the weight loss plateau. Remember, we're focused on health here, so the point isn't weight loss - it's FAT loss. When you build muscle, you may feel you are staying the same weight, but in actuality you are just replacing fat with muscle, which is a good thing! The typical type of cardio exercise doesn't raise your metabolism - if you're only doing endurance exercise it really won't bring you the results you're looking for.
