This weekend was super-packed and I hardly had time to breathe, let alone work out. I did manage to get a good workout in on Saturday, but the fast pace of the recent days made me think this would be a good time to offer some solutions for those of you looking for a way to work out that is not just fun, but quick! Of course we all know we need to exercise daily, but knowing it and finding the time to do so in today's hectic world are two very different things. It is best to get 30-45 minutes of exercise per day. However, if sometimes you can only get 10 in, make them count! Here are some recent articles on ways to get a fun workout in just a few minutes.
